• Identification: Name, Tax ID (RFC), and, where applicable, corporate name
• Contact Information:Email address and, when applicable, phone number.
• Billing Information Tax ID, tax address, and payment details (processed by certified platforms; we do not store full credit card numbers).
• Project Information Files, texts, and documents you provide for processing.

2.2 Data Collected Automatically When Browsing

• IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and cookies.
• You may disable or limit cookies through your browser settings; see Section 6 (Cookie Policy).

2.3 Sensitive Data

We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, etc.), unless a specific service requires it and you expressly authorize it in writing.

• To execute the contract: manage your project, generate a tracking number, coordinate translators, and deliver results
• To issue invoices and collect payments in accordance with applicable tax laws.

3.2 Optional Purposes (You May Decline Without Affecting Service)

• Conduct satisfaction surveys.

• Send informational or commercial communications related to our services (updates, improvements, new plans).

4. What We Will NEVER Do With Your Data

8. With Whom We Share Your Data

We only share your data with those who need it to provide the service or when legally required:

• Certified payment processors (e.g., PCI-DSS compliant or equivalent), operating under their own privacy notices.

9. Data Retention Periods

• Billing and contracting: 5 years, in accordance with tax regulations.
• Project files and documents: Up to 90 days after delivery, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
• Contact data and commercial communications: During the business relationship and up to 2 additional years.
• Browsing data and cookies: According to technical durations and Section 6.

After these periods, data is blocked and subsequently deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless legal provisions require longer retention.

10. Changes to This Privacy Notice

We may update this Privacy Notice to reflect legal, technical, or service-related changes.

• The updated version will be published on our website, indicating the date of the last modification.
• Continued use of our website or services after an update implies that you have read and understood the current version.
