- Identification: Name, Tax ID (RFC), and, where applicable, corporate name
- Contact Information:Email address and, when applicable, phone number.
- Billing Information Tax ID, tax address, and payment details (processed by certified platforms; we do not store full credit card numbers).
- Project Information Files, texts, and documents you provide for processing.
2.2 Data Collected Automatically When Browsing
- IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and cookies.

2.3 Sensitive Data
We do not collect sensitive personal data (health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, etc.), unless a specific service requires it and you expressly authorize it in writing.

- Data Retention Periods
- Billing and contracting: 5 years, in accordance with tax regulations.
- Project files and documents: Up to 90 days after delivery, unless otherwise agreed or legally required.
- Contact data and commercial communications: During the business relationship and up to 2 additional years.
- Browsing data and cookies: According to technical durations and Section 6.
After these periods, data is blocked and subsequently deleted or irreversibly anonymized, unless legal provisions require longer retention.
